R19-1-303. Authorized Spirituous Liquor

1. A licensee shall not directly or indirectly manufacture, sell, or deal in spirituous liquor in Arizona other than the spirituous liquors authorized by the license issued to the licensee under A.R.S. Title 4 and this Chapter.
   
   
2. A licensee shall ensure that no spirituous liquor other than the spirituous liquors authorized by the license issued to the licensee under A.R.S. Title 4 and this Chapter is on the licensed premises for any purpose.
   
   
3. This Section is authorized by A.R.S. § 4-203(B)(1).
