R19-1-316. Responsibilities of a Liquor Store or Beer and Wine Store Licensee

1. Except for a broken package, as defined at A.R.S. § 4-101, used in sampling conducted under A.R.S. § 4-206.01(K), 4-243(B)(3) or 4-244.04, a liquor store or beer and wine store licensee shall not have a broken package of spirituous liquor on the licensed premises.
